ARTIST SIGN UP IS CLOSED FOR THE AUTUMN EDITION

Chalkfest 2023 – AUTUMN EDITION – will be held at Buffalo RiverWorks
SUNDAY October 8th and MONDAY October 9th (Holiday Weekend!)

THEME: OCTOBER

THERE WILL BE MAPS DRAWN UP TO SHOW EVERYONE WHERE THEY WILL BE PLACED!

WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR PREFERRED PLACEMENT AT RIVERWORKS BUT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPOT AS THEY FILL UP FAST. WE FILL THEM BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
1) Expertise level (higher increases your chances)
2) Returning artists (we want to support artists who have supported our festival in the past 3) Order of signing up (sooner is better).

Also, we will send a confirmation email that artists must respond to. If you do not respond your inside spot will be given away.

SO MAKE SURE TO SIGN UP EARLY! WE WILL EMAIL YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR PLACEMENT BEFORE THE SHOW. WE ARE EXCITED TO SEE YOUR CHALK ART COME TO LIFE!

As a reminder, the Silo Walls will be reserved for advanced and pro chalk artists. The front room of the silo and floor of the silos is available to beginner / intermediate. We will do our best to get everyone a spot they like. This event grows every year and we try to be as fair as possible.
